ODP manager can do the following under admin settings.
- ODP manager will have options to either approve or reject an user account.Only approved accounts by ODP manager Only approved users can login to the ODP.
- He has access to remove any account at any timeof existing users in ODP.
- He can to assign any role (Visitor/Contributor/Manager) to an accountuser. He and can move also move user from one role to another.
- He can to set default role for the users during their sign-up process.
- Manager can control the behavior behaviour of the portal . ODP portal can be set as (Private or Public. )
- Private Portal - Only registered user can access ODP. User must log-in to ODP to view any content.
- Public Portal - Any user can access ODP without log-in
- Manager can apply style / theme / color to change the appearance and much more appears settings appearing under 'Admin' menu.
Note: ODP manager cannot get access to all datasets available in ODP. Dataset owner or someone with full control has to share the dataset to the manager for him/her to gain access to it.
