ACLED - The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project

Data Assets:

ERI is interested in the three data assets that are already on their portal:

• Crisis Monitor of U.S.

• ACLED: Number of Fatalities in Armed Conflicts: Aggregate Data by Country, Monthly Update

• Armed Conflict Location and Event Database (ACLED), 1997 to Current

Instructions:

You can download the data via ACLED’s Data Export Tool or directly from the API:

• For Data Export Tool - the access key, email address, and password will be sent to you.

• For API - the API link/key will be sent to you.

• Credentials belong to ERI (client), not Knoema.
