Technical Support


In case if you have any technical query with respect to ODP, you can simply click the question mark icon appears at the right bottom of the page.

  • System will show a message window where you can write your query. You can also attach the picture of your current screen by selecting check box 'include a screenshot of this page'. Once you write down your query and click Next button.

 

  • Now, system will attempt to find suitable articles that may help to resolve your question like below. If you find some relevant articles, you may click and view them. Otherwise click the button 'skip and send message' to support team.

 

 

What happens now?

An email with your query will be sent to Support Team (you will also receive a copy of your query in email) and they will reply back to you in email.
