How to track a status of a file I submitted for upload

When you submitted a file for upload, it may take a few minutes before the request will be processed. You do not have to wait until it is done, you can switch to other tasks in Knoema instead. The processing will happen off-line and you will get an email notification when it is complete. In the meantime, there is a way to monitor how your request is progressing.

Step-by-step guide 

  1. Click My Account link on the top right corner of a Knoema page.
  2. Choose Uploads items from the drop-down menu



    A list of upload requests will appear. Use it to get a status of your uploads, click Report link to get a detailed report of a processed request.
